This wonderful group of Directors and Educators were at a retreat training for Kids Discovery this past Saturday. They started off with a Communication & Leadership Assessment Tool (John Maxwell Leadership Game.) They were perfectly in tuned with each other, which allowed them to all grow together as a team. From there, they worked on Time and Personal Management, Listening & Negation Skills, and Words Count. What a wonderful business! Great to see our young children are being prepared for life through them.
